A 248,000 square foot, 16-story former corporate headquarters renovated into a dual-branded hotel in the Chicago Loop. The project reuses a dated building into a vibrant downtown destination. Construction included the demolition and renovation of the entire 15th and 16th floors, as well as the rooms, lobbies, amenities and meeting facilities.
