A new 100,000 square foot Class A office tower designed with wellness and environmental health in mind. This West Loop building includes lots of common area amenities like a wellness room, full-service café, open air terrace, and bicycle storage area. The building team is striving for WELL and LEED certification for the building to add health for community members and the environment.
