East Park Apartments

The 153 affordable housing units in this Garfield Park building were renovated to include new electrical, boilers, bathrooms and more. The apartment’s common area amenities were also improved. The renovation included new masonry, a new park lot, improved fencing, a renovated community room, social services classroom, and resident lounge.
