Garfield Green

Garfield Green is a new net-zero and resilient residential community planned for the Garfield Park neighborhood. The project includes 77 homes built in two phases–an apartment building and a homeownership development near Kedzie and 5^th Avenues. The buildings will have sustainable features such as solar power, green roofs, efficient heating and cooling, and water-saving plumbing fixtures. Community-friendly elements will include public art, children’s play spaces, and locally run cafes and businesses.
