Invest South/West Bronzeville

The Legacy District is a planned six-story mixed-use building currently under development on vacant, city-owned land at 47^th Street and Vincennes Avenue in the Bronzeville neighborhood. The project will include 25 mixed-income residential units, 12,000 square feet of commercial space, a communal roof garden, and a rooftop farm.
