Six Corners

The redevelopment of the vacant former Sears at Six Corners will include 207 apartments units above 50,000 square feet of retail space. Six of the units will be affordable housing. The building’s amenities will include a pool, dog walk, bike storage, and community rooms. The project replaces a long-vacant former Sears store and should bring economic growth to the neighborhood.
