Southern Hills Orlando

Two new apartment complexes on the northwest side of Decatur will offer affordable residential living with several attractive amenities. The Southern Hills, the first of the two complexes, will contain 125 units across 28 buildings as subsidized family housing. The Orlando, the second complex, will contain 87 units in a single seven-story building subsidized for senior and disabled residents.
