Schiller Place Apartments Nears Completion

Tandem Ventures is working with GMA Construction to provide compliance consulting for the construction of Schiller Place Apartments, a mixed-income housing complex in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The complex includes a mix of affordable and market rate housing with 16 units in each of the 3 four-story buildings.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments have designer kitchen cabinets, in-unit washers and dryers, air conditioning, intercom entry systems, and cable. The complex offers off-street parking and easy access to public transportation.

The $11.5 million complex is scheduled to be completed in April 2022. The project team included Structured Development, Evergreen Real Estate Group and Bailey Edward Architecture.
