Vintage Greenwood Park Apartments Renovated and Replanted

Tandem Ventures provided compliance consulting services for Skender Construction on the renovation of Greenwood Park Apartments, an affordable 122-unit, 15- building apartment community in the Kenwood neighborhood. The residences were originally built in 1974 and renovated by Skender and Preservation of Affordable Housing in 2019.

Renovations included accessible retrofits, a new roof, new windows, the replacement of boilers, and installation of energy efficient lighting and appliances. POAH also removed and replaced dead trees along the property’s walkway with new trees.
