New West Loop Gate Office Tower to Exceed Health and Environmental Standards

Tandem Ventures is working with Skender Construction to provide government relations consulting services on the development of a new Class A office tower at 609 W. Randolph in Chicago’s West Loop Gate neighborhood. The building will house 100,000 square feet of office space over 15 floors in a masonry and steel building accessorized with metal panel, exterior glazing, and a granite base.

Scheduled for completion in early 2022, the building will be WELL certified, allowing building tenants to lead a healthy lifestyle in the post-COVID environment. The design and construction team are aiming for the building to be LEED certified and to exceed energy requirements. The building will include many modern amenities such as a wellness room, full-service café, open air terrace, and a bicycle storage area.

Vista Property Group owns the building. The architect on the project is Antunovich Associates
