A new 63-unit development in Lincoln Square is underway on property that was formerly a city-owned parking lot. The residential development will expand affordable housing access for those earning up to 30%, 60%, and 80% of the area’s medium income (AMI). The six-story building will also offer 36 parking lots, half of which will be reserved for tenants and half of which will be available for public use.
