A 113,000 urban cold storage distribution center that will serve as regional headquarters for a national meat distributor. This project reuses an abandoned rail yard to bring new jobs and commerce to the Archer Heights neighborhood. The two-story building has 32’ clear height and 67,000 square feet of freezer space.
