Bronzeville Lakefront

The Bronzeville Lakefront development will contain up to 7 million square feet of commercial, institutional, and mixed-income housing. The southern portion of the development will include an innovation center, retail and residential spaces, a park, and a new-and-improved Singer Pavilion. The northern portion of the development will include medical research facilities, a data center, residential units, office spaces, and retail spaces.
