Salud Center

The renovation of 101 affordable senior housing units in a 140,000 square foot building in the South Chicago neighborhood. Renovation was completed in five-day cycles to provide residents new flooring, lighting, plumbing and trim with a minimal disruption. The building’s common areas, including the cafeteria, multipurpose room, restrooms, fitness center, and offices, were also upgraded.
